Welcome to Linear Leap. By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Services
Linear Leap provides AI-powered video content services, including but not limited to:
- Strategy consultation
- Content research & scripting
- Video creation using AI avatars or human presenters
- Editing and final delivery of done-for-you videos
All services are provided as per the selected plan and scope of work agreed upon with the client.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information, brand guidelines, and content assets in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within the timelines discussed
- Use the delivered content in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards
5. Intellectual Property
All final videos created by Linear Leap are fully licensed to the client upon final payment. Clients are free to use, repurpose, and redistribute the content as they see fit.
However, you may not reuse, resell, or modify any proprietary tools, scripts, or frameworks used in the creation process.
6. Payments
All pricing is subscription-based and billed monthly in advance.
- Payments are due on or before the billing date
- Late or failed payments may result in service interruption
- No refunds are offered under any circumstances
7. Revisions & Delivery
Final videos will be delivered in a ready-to-post format. Turnaround time varies depending on the volume and plan tier. Revision rounds will be detailed in the client-specific contract.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality. All information shared with us will be kept private unless you provide written consent or it’s required by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination:
- Any outstanding work will be completed or refunded at our discretion
- All unpaid dues must be cleared before the final handover
10. Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as-is.” While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, we do not guarantee specific results (such as engagement or leads) from the videos we deliver.
11. Limitation of Liability
Linear Leap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
